5* retreat!! 
My cat (Stanley) and my parents' dogs (Connor and Reece) all came home happy, fit and well after their first (19 night) stay at Castley, having clearly been well looked after.
We were kept well informed on progress during their stay, including photo's. 
Reece developed a limp while there; they consulted our own vet and took him there to be checked over.
Wholeheartedly recommend them for Kennels and Cattery; they clearly care for our animals as we would.

Finding Castley has honestly changed my life! I haven't had a holiday for over two years as I just couldn't find anywhere good enough. My cat and dog have just stayed for a week and I was 100% sure that they were in safe and caring hands. The facilities are top notch, the staff are committed to 5* attention and the photos/ updates are just that extra-special touch that pet owners need! (I almost feel reluctant recommending them to anyone else, they're like a special secret!)

Just wanted to say thanks for taking great care of Teddie. Your new cattery is amazing and by far the best one we've used. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about Teddie - sending me photo updates of her just proved that. She seemed so settled and had a great view of the cows to watch! Thanks again and we'll definitely be back.

Our Labrador Daisy has been going to Castley since she was a puppy. She is now three. Daisy just loves going to see Sophie, Joy, Fiona and everyone at Castley Farm even Farmer Richard! She bounces out of the car and is clearly very pleased to be at one of her favourite places. All of which means we can leave her knowing she is in good hands, will be cared for and will have loads of doggy fun, cuddles, walks AND importantly for a Labrador TREATS.

Castley Farm Kennels is the first kennel we have ever used for our 18 month old black Labrador, Hugh. As dog owners that had never used a kennel before we were quickly assured when we arrived at Castley Farm Kennels, by having everything involving the boarding process explained to us. We were given a tour of the kennels and were pleased with the high standard of cleanliness and size of each kennel.

Castley Farm Kennels is orientated towards providing dogs a home away from home. The staff members are also dog owners and deeply understand how important it is to provide a high quality of care through exercise, socialisation, diet as instructed by owners and of course cuddles.

When we collected Hugh for the first time, we were told of his general behaviour and what he liked the most. This shows how the staff passionately provides individual attention to each dog in their care. After several boarding sessions at Castley Farm Kennels, we are completely secure in the knowledge that our beloved Hugh is well looked after and having a great time at his home away from home. Which makes our holidays that much more enjoyable.

Castley Farm Kennels is consistent with giving dog owners a peace of mind that their dog will be affectionately care for and to us, that is priceless.

Dallas is our little man and to make a decision to have a holiday without him was so hard.

Dallas has been to a couple of other kennels but we always came away with the feeling that we had not made exactly the right choice of kennel, questioning a return visit. We were recommended Castley Farm Kennels when Dallas' breeder was unable to look after him for a special holiday we had planned.

Prior to Dallas staying at Castley we were invited to see the facilities - new, not large numbers of dogs, beautiful kennels and the most friendly staff. Nothing has been too much trouble, injections when needed and special dietary requirements.

We sincerely cannot recommend Castley Farm Kennels enough. Trustworthy, reliable, friendly and caring and understanding of specific needs.
